[Conference lecture] Sungwon's conference lecture on pathway analysis for genetic regulations

Sungwon gave a lecture with a title of "Differential pathway analysis and application to identifying drug-specific genetic regulations" on the 15th International Conference on Toxicogenomics, in Incheon, Republic of Korea. The topic was about correlating drug responses with quantified genomic aberrations of individual genetic signaling routes, which was mainly conducted by Jongmin Lee under Sungwon's supervision. This study is in collaboration with Prof. Yongbeom Cho at Samsung Medical Center, and its result is in paper preparation.
