[New publication] Instruction of microbiome taxonomic profiling based on 16S rRNA sequencing

Our new paper has been published in Journal of Microbiology.

We introduce a protocol of 16S amplicon sequencing analysis, which was written for starters who are not familiar to bioinformatic approaches. Our protocol covers installation to data analysis which including pre-processing, taxonomic classification, and diversity analysis.
