[Research Grant] Colorectal cancer subtype-specific pathway modeling based on single-cell analysis

Prof. Sungwon Jung’s new research project “Analyzing colorectal cancer CMS subtype-specific pathway mechanisms based on single-cell pathway network modeling” was granted $390K for four years from Korea National Research Foundation. The goal of the project is to develop genome-scale reconstruction method of single cell RNA-seq data and its application to analyze CMS subtype-specific molecular mechanisms of colorectal cancer.
